{"id":94,"date":"2022-05-29T10:39:58","date_gmt":"2022-05-29T08:39:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/epadance.co.za\/2\/?page_id=94"},"modified":"2026-06-12T11:01:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T09:01:24","slug":"affiliation-requirements","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/epadance.co.za\/2\/affiliation-requirements\/","title":{"rendered":"Affiliation Requirements"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">To fill out the affiliation form, please note the following:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions about these requirements, we suggest you send us an email to epadance@epadance.co.za <strong><em>before <\/em><\/strong>completing the affiliation form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Most fields on the form are mandatory (indicated by an *).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will need the names, email addresses, and mobile numbers of all the teachers you want to affiliate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We allow up to 5 teachers to be affiliated per studio. (See &#8220;How many teachers are you affiliating?&#8221; on the affiliation form.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As of 2025, affiliation is still mandatory, but free.
