- These Sections are marked by two to three Adjudicators at a very high standard.
- A Championship Own Solo may not be used more than once by different dancers, or by the same dancer in different disciplines. Each dancer must have their own solo.
- Championship results will be read at completion of the Championships, according to competitor numbers, barring the badge winners, whose names will be read.
- Dancers entered for Championships may also be entered in the following Amateur Sections:
- Set solos, Free Movement solos, Musical Theatre solos, Repertoire, DTQs, Groups, Productions and Student Choreography.
- Champs dancers may NOT enter:
- Any Novice section of the same discipline.
- Any Class solo section of the same discipline.
- Champs Solos cannot be danced on another day barring the Championship day.
- TAP and/or ACRO Championships will only take place if a minimum of 10 entries per style is received. If the minimum is not received, entries will be converted to Class solos.
Dancers DO NOT have to enter all the Championship sections to qualify for section winner badges, (they may enter only one solo if they so wish), but they do need to enter ALL the sections mentioned below if they wish to qualify for the Overall awards.
